Shipment Delivery

Manya Deepika is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We partner with reputed couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe handling of our agri-products.

All online orders are processed and shipped throughout the week, except Sundays & Public Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by two days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Cancellation of a package is only possible after 14 working days. We cannot cancel the parcel before 14 working days.

Shipping Charges

Charges shall be applicable based on your order value and location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of agricultural products (Rice/Grains), we generally follow a No-Return Policy for all our products once the seal is broken.

However, if you receive a tampered package or the wrong product, please contact us at info@manyadeepika.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will evaluate and assist you.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
